Project Overview:

The objective of this project is to build a new house in the countryside while ensuring that it blends in with the natural surroundings and appears as if it has been there for years. The project scope included modern applications internally, while the exterior needed to fit in with the natural surroundings. The project was approved at planning stage due to the detailed renders submitted, which showed how the project sat within the site context. A sun study and animated video were also provided to show how the project would look in different light and how the trees moved through the trees.

Project Outcome:

The outcome of the project is a new house that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The clients were pleased with the final result, and we received positive feedback from them. The house appears to have been there for years, while all the modern applications internally meet the client's needs. The stunning trees, grass, and wildlife meadow create a peaceful and serene environment, making the house a perfect getaway from the city. The project's success is attributed to the detailed planning, skilled team, and communication between the project manager, team, and clients.
